Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide patient care and maintain a safe, effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing pharmacy workflows—excluding final prescription verification—and contributing to a team culture centered on patient health and professional collaboration.

• Deliver patient care programs to help customers manage their health.
• Manage daily pharmacy workflows and inventory requirements.

• Ensure customer safety, satisfaction, and high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver outcomes and support patient needs.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
• Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.
• Availability for a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

• Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
