About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment while gaining professional experience in patient safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations.
What you'll do#
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver positive health outcomes.
- Support patient care programs and help manage chronic or specialty conditions.
- Foster a team culture centered on caring, energy, and pride.
- Assist with inventory management, workflow, and quality assurance tasks.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Complete all required training within established state guidelines and timeframes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and reaching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

- Schedule: Part-time with rolling terms.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
