About the role#
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Fort Thomas. This is a paid, on-site role that offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting. You will work under the direction of an RN or LPN to support patient needs and unit operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Help patients with activities of daily living.
- Support the personal care and comfort of patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for your assigned group of patients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Successful completion of your first clinical rotation.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- You must not be listed on the Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry.
- Basic math and computer skills, along with clear communication abilities.
