About the role#
This is a 10.5-week full-time summer internship designed for undergraduate students. You will gain exposure to core HR functions while contributing to projects that support our business goals. The program runs from May 24, 2027, to August 4, 2027. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with three days per week based in our Hartford, Connecticut office.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to hands-on projects and meaningful work assignments.
- Build an understanding of how Human Resources drives business success.
- Interact with senior leaders across the organization.
- Participate in professional development workshops, mentorship programs, and networking events.
- Engage in community service activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between September 2027 and July 2028.
- Relevant coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sociology, Political Science, or Psychology.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, sports, or work projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field.
- Project management experience and the ability to work well within a team.
- Comfort with technology and emerging digital tools.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a full-time position with CVS Health after graduation.
- Willingness to work from the Hartford, CT office.
