About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives. This role focuses on improving the employee experience while providing exposure to talent acquisition, organizational development, communications, and learning and development. You will work on real-world projects, collaborate with peers, and connect with mentors to gain a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks.
- Participate in interactive workshops, networking events, and leadership discussions.
- Gain exposure to various departments across the organization.
- Present your work through a final project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
- A self-driven approach and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in the healthcare industry.

- This position is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
