About the role#
BrightSpring Health Services is hiring an IT Intern in Louisville. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position. You will work with various leaders across different work streams to gain practical experience while you learn about our operations and policies.
What you'll do#
- Partner with team leaders to understand internal operations and company policies.
- Research implementation strategies to identify current best practices.
- Support business partners with daily tasks and departmental initiatives.
- Help optimize information systems, training, and development programs.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor degree or have equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in computer usage, email, and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer service and people-focused mindset.
- The ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives at the same time.
