About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the operations of our retail pharmacy. You will play a key role in delivering patient care, ensuring safety, and maintaining a professional environment. This position involves managing daily pharmacy tasks, supporting patient care programs, and fostering a team culture focused on health outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and provide immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Maintain a safe and effective work environment through quality assurance and workflow management.
- Manage regulatory requirements and inventory.
- Assist with patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
- Lead with empathy and collaborate with your pharmacy team.
- Align colleagues around our purpose and promote a positive, energetic team culture.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs, remain upright for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring precision and finger dexterity.
- Ability to stoop, bend, and reach in multiple directions.
- Close visual acuity for reading and computer work.

- Employment: Part-time.
- Pay range: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
