About the role#
The Technology Product Analyst Intern joins the Product Management team to help define and create products. You will work with internal business teams to drive new product development and contribute to high value projects that shape product strategy.
What you'll do#
- Recommend and establish KPIs, monitor key metrics, and execute recurring reporting.
- Interpret metrics to tell a meaningful story about product usage and trends.
- Analyze feature usage to suggest enhancements and help prioritize new features.
- Design tests for beta, pilot, and early adopter programs to ensure successful product adoption.
- Execute the discovery phase of the SDLC by identifying feature needs and completing research based on business value and ROI.
- Define business problems, form hypotheses, and validate solutions using lean methodologies.
- Create dashboards and reports that translate user interactions into actionable insights.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate pursuing a master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- Ability to query SQL databases and understand relational table structures.
- Experience with quantitative research methods and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
- Proficiency in managing analytics software like Mixpanel, Flurry, or Google Analytics.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Agile SCRUM and Lean methodologies is preferred.
