About the role#
This internship provides exposure to operational functions within a regulated financial services organization. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support core business processes, risk management, and client service activities. The role focuses on building foundational knowledge in operational excellence and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to real business activities including processing, documentation, research, and reconciliations.
- Perform operational reporting tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support key processes with precision, integrity, and care.
- Collaborate with internal partners across the firm.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree with an expected graduation date after August 2027.
- Ability to work on-site in El Paso, Texas, from June 6, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
- Demonstrated ability to review information carefully, spot inconsistencies, and produce accurate work.
- Capacity to learn new systems, business processes, and operational procedures quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage commitments and meet deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
