About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Audit Intern position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Mayfield Village, Ohio. This role focuses on supporting audit engagements across industries like real estate, construction, manufacturing, and nonprofits.
What you'll do#
- Assist with planning multiple audit assignments.
- Apply your knowledge of accounting principles, quality control standards, and technology procedures.
- Participate in client engagements from start to finish.
- Identify and discuss audit issues or improvement opportunities with senior staff and partners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client staff.
- Provide responsive service to meet client goals.
- Follow professional standards and maintain client confidentiality.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems independently within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Interpersonal, analytical, research, and project management skills.
- A Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in student organizations or prior work in accounting is a plus.
