About the role#
As a Global Mobility Tax Intern, you will assist our team in delivering tax and compliance services for clients with global workforces. This role is designed for individuals early in their careers who want to develop technical skills in a professional consulting environment. You will support the management of tax filings and projects while working alongside experienced team members.
What you'll do#
- Prepare U.S. individual income tax returns and cost projections for international employees.
- Research and analyze tax laws, rules, and regulations.
- Manipulate data sets to build models and use data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to deliver client solutions.
- Communicate project updates and findings clearly.
- Help maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the development of tax solutions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- An interest in tax compliance and a willingness to learn about U.S. individual income tax returns.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software.
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in teams.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (Mid-January through Mid-April).
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days per week in the office).
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
