About the role#
As an intern at Vialto, you will join a team focused on solving complex business challenges related to global workforce mobility. You will work across various service offerings, including tax compliance and consulting, to support multinational corporations and their employees. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Chicago.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to share insights.
- Manage, manipulate, and analyze data to derive meaningful results.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and practices.
- Adhere to all risk management and compliance protocols.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain your professional network.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- A keen interest in tax compliance, specifically U.S. individual income tax returns and cost projections.
- Ability to research tax laws and evaluate technical industry matters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Proficiency in building analytical models and using data visualization tools.
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional services context.
- Ability to communicate effectively with client and firm management.

- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- Term: Mid January 2026 to Mid April 2026.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
