About the role#
As a Global Mobility Tax Intern, you will assist our team with tax and compliance services for clients managing a global workforce. This role is designed for students early in their careers who want to develop technical skills in tax compliance and project management. You will work alongside experienced professionals who provide mentorship and guidance throughout the term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare U.S. individual income tax returns and cost projections for international employees.
- Research and analyze tax laws, rules, and regulations.
- Handle and manipulate data sets to build models and create data visualizations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver client solutions.
- Communicate with clients and management with support from senior staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovative tax solutions.
- Help maintain strong client relationships by supporting high-quality service delivery.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Interest in tax compliance and a willingness to learn about U.S. individual income tax returns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic experience with tax preparation software such as ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or Lacerte.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with various levels of clients and management.

- Term: Winter 2027 (mid-January through mid-April).
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: Paid position.
