About the role#
As a Global Mobility Tax Intern, you will assist our team in delivering tax and compliance services for clients with international workforces. You will support the management of tax filings and projects while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. This is a full-time, paid internship for Winter 2027.
What you'll do#
- Prepare U.S. individual income tax returns and cost projections for international employees.
- Research and analyze tax laws and regulations.
- Manipulate data sets to build models and use data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver client solutions.
- Communicate with senior team members and support client relationships.
- Contribute to the development of innovative tax solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- An interest in tax compliance and a willingness to learn about U.S. individual income tax returns.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Term: Winter 2027 (mid-January through mid-April).
