About the role#
The Integrated Innovation Institute at Carnegie Mellon University is seeking an Online Fellow to support the learning and teaching experience within the iii Online Program. This role focuses on supporting students and faculty throughout the semester and fostering a strong community within the program.
What you'll do#
- Co-facilitate learning activities during live class sessions.
- Assess student submissions and provide detailed feedback.
- Guide student teams throughout their semester-long projects.
- Participate in online community-building events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- An advanced degree in Innovation or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A proven record of providing detailed feedback in an academic setting.
- Knowledge of concepts covered in the MIIPS curriculum, specifically regarding business, design, and engineering innovation approaches.
- Ability to commit 10-20 hours per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Residency in PA, NY, CA, VA, or Washington, DC.
- Successful completion of a background check.
