About the role#
The Integrated Innovation Institute at Carnegie Mellon University is seeking Online Fellows to support the learning and teaching experience within the iii Online Program. This role assists students and faculty throughout the semester while fostering an engaged community. This is a part-time, paid position requiring a commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Co-facilitate learning activities during live class sessions.
- Assess student submissions and provide detailed feedback.
- Guide student teams during semester-long projects.
- Participate in online community-building events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- An advanced degree in Innovation or a related field (a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered).
- A proven record of providing detailed feedback in an academic setting.
- Knowledge of concepts covered in the MIIPS curriculum, specifically regarding business, design, and engineering innovation approaches.
- Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of a background check.
