About the role#
As a Resident Coordination Intern, you will support our community operations and help maintain high occupancy levels. This is a paid, on-site role based in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania. You will work approximately 20 hours per week, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Please note that you must be a current or future leaseholder of the community to be eligible for this position.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients and handle incoming leasing calls.
- Process lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Maintain accurate documentation according to company policy.
- Help plan and organize community events.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours completed.
- At least one year of completed coursework at an accredited institution.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
