About the role#
As a Resident Coordination Intern, you will focus on customer service and property operations. You will work to maintain occupancy through resident retention and leasing efforts. This role requires you to live on the community property and participate in team collaboration to support the daily needs of the residents.
What you'll do#
- Manage administrative front desk tasks and duties.
- Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate lease file documentation and participate in file audits.
- Help plan and execute community events.
- Handle on-call responsibilities, including lock-outs and nightly rounds.
- Work evenings and weekends as part of your weekly schedule.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university with at least 6 credit hours.
- Completion of at least one year of college and a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Current or future status as a leaseholder at the community.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Real Estate are preferred.

- Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week.
