About the role#
The Leasing Community Intern role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to residents and supporting the community's occupancy goals. This is a paid, part-time, on-site position based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Interns are expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support at the front desk and maintain accurate lease file documentation according to company policy.
- Warmly greet prospective clients and answer incoming leasing calls.
- Complete lease applications and all associated paperwork.
- Participate in the planning and execution of community events.
- Assist with additional community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university, with at least one year completed and a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Preference for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Marketing.
