About the role#
Canadian Natural Resources Limited hires students for the Campus and Professional Recruitment teams. You will work with advisors and recruiters to support student and experienced hiring processes. This role focuses on administrative tasks and event coordination to help the team manage high volumes of recruitment activity.
What you'll do#
- Research and register for career fairs, manage team schedules, and organize marketing materials.
- Coordinate event logistics including catering, gifts, and meeting rooms for orientations or meet and greets.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for school information sessions.
- Post jobs on school job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team.
- Learn full cycle recruitment processes such as pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters or new hire packages.
- Plan and organize documentation for onboarding paperwork.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proof-reading skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in your work.
Location & details#
- Location: Calgary, Alberta.
- Term length: 8 months.
- Start dates: January 2027 for Professional Recruitment or September 2027 for Campus Recruitment.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
