About the role#
As a Records Management Student, you will join the team for a 12-month term starting in January 2027. You will work on projects involving both physical and electronic records. The role follows a hybrid schedule of part-time and full-time hours throughout the year, with full-time work occurring from May through August. You will be based at the head office in Calgary.
What you'll do#
- Index information into records and information management systems.
- Scan physical files and load electronic records into the system.
- Perform quality assurance activities for data, information, and images.
- Assist with various project work and team activities as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program for Business Administration, Records and Information Management, Information Management/Technology, Library Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
