About the role#
The Aramco Summer Student Program offers practical experience within the Human Resources department in Houston. This internship provides exposure to talent acquisition, HR operations, and administrative support. Students will work alongside experienced professionals on projects ranging from recruitment lifecycle management to data analysis and program coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and relocation assistance.
- Assist with domestic and international recruitment projects and help develop talent pipelines.
- Use sourcing tools and professional networks to engage candidates.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns.
- Conduct market research to compile workforce insights.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating internal communications.
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to support reporting.
- Assist with the review and preparation of HR contracts and related documentation.
- Help plan and coordinate HR programs and industry engagement events.
- Document processes and identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Houston, Texas.
- The program is scheduled for Summer 2027.
- This role is eligible for internship course credit.
