About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within the Aramco Americas Law Department. Interns work under the oversight of attorneys to support legal operations across oil, gas, chemicals, and renewables. This is a full-time, paid position based in Houston for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review and analyze contracts, service agreements, and various legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory updates.
- Draft summary memoranda, internal briefs, and professional emails.
- Create spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to summarize legal analysis.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Law department.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a rising 1L or rising 2L at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Current enrollment in law school on at least a part-time basis.
- Strong English communication and comprehension skills.
- Good work habits, a strong work ethic, and adherence to business etiquette and company policies.

- The role is based in Houston, Texas.
- This position follows an on-site work schedule.
