About the role#
Aramco Trading Americas offers summer internship opportunities for students interested in trade analysis and financial analysis. You will work directly with a commercial team, serving as a point of contact between trading, scheduling, risk management, and finance departments. These roles provide exposure to commodity trading and risk management activities within the Houston office.
What you'll do#
- Support the refinement of the Crude Oil Trading P&L by managing SAP deal entry and amendments.
- Reconcile profit and loss statements and daily position reports for the front office.
- Monitor market conditions and maintain exposure records to inform trading decisions.
- Assist with KYC clearances and manage key performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and reconcile Economic to Accounting P&L.
- Analyze financial data to resolve transactional accounting issues and make process recommendations.
- Build reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel Power Query to support business decisions.
- Assist with the preparation and review of annual business plan financial statements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or Accounting.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and a drive to analyze results.
- Self-motivated work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a commercial team.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Houston, Texas.
- The program runs during the summer of 2027.
