About the role#
The Human Resources Internship is part of the USA Early Career Pathways initiative. You will work alongside HR professionals and business leaders to support people-related priorities. This program provides exposure to how HR functions throughout the talent lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support project-based assignments across areas like Talent Acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, workforce planning, HR operations, global mobility, compensation and benefits, or organizational development.
- Conduct data analysis and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Develop HR resources or tools to assist with program coordination.
- Support recruiting initiatives and draft employee communications.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Rising junior or senior status with an expected graduation date between Spring 2028 and Spring 2029.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30.
- Available for at least twelve consecutive weeks during Summer 2027.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
