About the role#
As a Campus Talent Engagement Intern, you will help bring the IGS Energy intern experience to life through storytelling, content creation, and employer branding. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop engaging content, strengthen intern communications, and support initiatives that attract early career talent to IGS Energy.
What you'll do#
- Collect photos, videos, and written stories that highlight intern achievements and career journeys.
- Apply curated content to internship program awards, recruiting materials, and future campus campaigns.
- Create branded templates and collateral for intern events, onboarding, and year-round communications.
- Support fall recruiting campaigns with messaging and social content that drive campus engagement.
- Create highlight reels and point-of-view-style videos for social platforms and internal communications.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong written and visual communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Canva or other video editing software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
