About the role#
As a Regulatory Intern, you will support the legal work of the IGS Regulatory team. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional legal and energy environment by assisting with document organization, drafting, research, and administrative tasks. This role is intended for students interested in a legal career who want to strengthen their research, writing, and organizational skills.
What you'll do#
- File, organize, and maintain legal documents to support the Regulatory team.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing written materials for the legal team.
- Complete basic legal research to inform regulatory work.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and day-to-day team priorities.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory team by communicating progress and updates.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently.
- Current enrollment in a degree program such as Political Science, History, English, or Business Administration.
