About the role#
As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals. You will support daily operations and long-term business initiatives while gaining exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department.
What you'll do#
- Perform legal research and analysis to support business needs.
- Draft and revise legal documents and other written materials.
- Manage legal records by filing and organizing documentation.
- Review content for accuracy through editing and fact-checking.
- Handle administrative tasks to assist the in-house legal team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited law school.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
- Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills.

- Location: Dublin, Ohio.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
