About the role#
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work across the full software development lifecycle. You will join a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver software solutions. This role involves taking ownership of tasks and contributing to real business outcomes in an agile environment.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop web applications and APIs.
- Participate in design sessions with engineers, business analysts, and users.
- Apply SOLID principles and test-driven development to ensure code quality.
- Complete development tasks according to project priorities and timelines.
- Build automated tests to support regression testing.
- Participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering to production releases.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with .NET, C#, T-SQL, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to software quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Experience with agile, Scrum, or Lean practices.
- Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework like React or Angular using TypeScript.
- Experience with Entity Framework 6.0 or later, ASP.NET Web API 2, and dependency injection.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and messaging technologies like RabbitMQ or MSMQ.
- Understanding of design patterns such as Strategy, Abstract Factory, Singleton, or Adapter.

- This is a full-time, remote position.
- The internship follows a rolling schedule.
