About the role#
Daniels Health is looking for a High Volume Recruitment Intern to join the People and Culture team. This role supports hourly hiring initiatives across various business functions and locations. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and help the organization attract and hire hourly talent. This is a full-time, paid position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
What you'll do#
- Support high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly and frontline positions.
- Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct outreach to candidates via phone, email, social media, and job boards.
- Schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Lever system.
- Assist with offer generation, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on the hiring pipeline.
- Support job fair planning and community recruiting initiatives.
- Assist with projects to improve recruitment efficiency.
What you'll need#
- A completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A strong interest in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding candidate and employee information.
