About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will work alongside experienced professionals as a contributing member of our team. You may be assigned to support the HR Business Partner organization or work within a Center of Excellence, such as Talent Acquisition or Performance, Learning and Organizational Development. Interns complete projects that provide hands-on experience and often result in a final presentation.
What you'll do#
- Support the HR Business Partner organization in field environments.
- Engage in performance management, labor relations, and recruiting.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Assist with diversity initiatives and policy application.
- Perform data analysis and workforce or succession planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program for Human Resources or Labor and Industrial Relations.
- Strong academic performance.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time indefinite basis without the need for visa sponsorship.
- A valid driver's license.
- You must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program for the duration of the internship.
