About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience across multiple human resources functions. You will work with HR professionals and business leaders to support daily operations and contribute to projects that impact the organization. This role is designed for students who want to build foundational skills in talent management, employee engagement, and HR systems while preparing for a future career in the field.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day HR operations and programs that improve the employee experience.
- Partner with the HR team on initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, and development.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and talent retention efforts.
- Maintain employee data and help with reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
- Present your project outcomes, insights, and key learnings to HR leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2030.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Locations: Milwaukee, WI; Rosemont, IL; or Radford, VA.
- Modality: Hybrid (onsite at least 3 days per week, Monday through Thursday).
- Compensation: $19 to $25 per hour.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
