About the role#
The Engineering Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines. You will work alongside experienced engineers and business leaders to solve real-world challenges within a manufacturing environment. This is a project-based, full-time, paid internship running from June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027. Assignments may focus on areas such as mechanical design, electrical systems, quality, manufacturing, or software development.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and system implementations.
- Extract and analyze data to support engineering decisions.
- Support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products and systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
- Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization, from management to production personnel.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This is a fully on-site role. You will work at one of the following locations: Arlington, TX; Charlotte, NC; Columbia City, IN; Downers Grove, IL; East Aurora, NY; Erie, PA; Glendale, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Monticello, IN; New Hartford, CT; Radford, VA; Simi Valley, CA; Stuarts Draft, VA; or Union Grove, WI.
