About the role#
The Digital Team is seeking a motivated intern for the Summer 2027 program. You will support marketing operations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on improving marketing efficiency and personalization through data management, process optimization, and the implementation of AI solutions. You will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing automation initiatives to improve campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
- Analyze marketing and engagement data to identify trends and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Manage marketing data quality, including cleansing, standardization, and enrichment.
- Build audience segments and customer journeys to support personalization efforts.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents to assist with content generation, process automation, and team productivity.
- Evaluate emerging digital technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Digital teams on business initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Digital Product, AI, or a related digital field.
- Understanding of data analysis principles and comfort using spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in developing AI agents or copilot solutions for business applications.
- Experience with process mapping or workflow documentation is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Term: June 2, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work onsite at least 3 days per week (Monday through Thursday) with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
