About the role#
Treasury Services sits at the center of the firm, managing balance sheet, liquidity, and funding. This internship offers a vantage point into how global markets, capital, and long-term strategy converge. You will work alongside practitioners to develop a command of global markets and apply judgment to matters of consequence.
What you'll do#
- Track central bank policy and broader macroeconomic developments to understand their influence on investment decisions.
- Monitor client cash projections throughout the day to identify liquidity needs and inform short-term investment decisions.
- Develop insight into how global institutions work with their counterparties.
- Gain exposure to payment processing, settlements, and funding.
- Partner with fellow interns across the Line of Business on a capstone project addressing a business challenge for senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior in college, entering senior year in the Fall of 2027.
- Genuine interest in finance, data analytics, or economics.
- Strong academic achievement with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through academic and extracurricular activities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with multi-sheet analysis, linking data across workbooks, and using advanced formulas.
- Ability to customize charts and graphs.
- Sound judgment and the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
