About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Technology organization. You will work alongside technology leaders and senior developers to build systems used globally by our employees and clients. You will gain insight into how technology solutions are built, deployed, maintained, and protected to support our business functions.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the evolution of technology strategy, including work with data and AI.
- Support business requirements discovery and create necessary documentation.
- Assist in planning meetings and the preparation of materials.
- Analyze proposed changes or technical issues and help with solutioning and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the design process and technical specification documentation, such as data modeling and workflow analysis.
- Participate in the development process and systems testing.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status in college, entering your senior year in the fall of 2027.
- Background in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Programming skills in Java and SQL.
- Knowledge of SDLC, technology design, and Agile development.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze business processes and work with large quantities of information.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and sound judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple deadlines.
