About the role#
This summer internship provides exposure to how finance and risk functions support global supply and trading activities. You will work on real-world projects, develop technical and non-technical skills, and build a foundation for your future career. The program includes a structured training plan and performance assessment process to help you grow as a professional.
What you'll do#
- Undertake project-based roles within areas such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, Commodity Risk, Commercial Development, Operational Excellence, Financial Accounting, or Business Management Information.
- Participate in a training plan designed to build both technical and leadership skills.
- Engage in a performance assessment process that includes goal setting, project deliverables, and reviews.
- Attend networking events, lunch and learn sessions, executive calls, and webinars.
- Collaborate with teams to support supply and trading operations.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions, as sponsorship is not provided.
- Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX for the duration of the program.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12-week program starting May 17, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- This is a paid internship that includes corporate housing and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
