About the role#
This paid internship program offers students a chance to jumpstart their careers in energy markets. You will work on projects that align with your professional goals while producing work that helps streamline processes for the team. Throughout the summer, you will receive coaching from managers and mentors, attend training events, and participate in social activities. The program concludes with a presentation to the leadership team and key stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Participate in hands-on projects and produce reusable work.
- Network with functional leaders across the organization.
- Attend business skills training, community service events, and social gatherings.
- Analyze large data sets to draw actionable conclusions.
- Present your findings and internship experience to leadership at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Proven leadership experience or participation in extracurricular activities.
- CPA seeking candidates are preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Artificial Intelligence, or automation technologies is a plus.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
