About the role#
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will work directly with our Finance team to gain hands-on experience. You will contribute to financial modeling, capital planning, and strategic analysis while partnering with teams across Finance, Accounting, and Operations. This role requires a commitment to our core values, including integrity and ownership, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all business matters.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, including our corporate model.
- Support monthly reporting, budget preparation, G&A analysis, and quarterly activity reviews.
- Analyze operational and financial data to spot trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Assist with analysis for potential investments, transactions, and capital structure management.
- Prepare peer company data, market research, and industry updates.
- Create presentation materials for executive leadership, investors, banks, and rating agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various finance and operational initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor or master degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
- An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Availability for the full summer internship period from May through August.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- A minimum 3.25 GPA is preferred, with a 3.5 GPA or higher strongly preferred.
- Exposure to financial modeling or data analysis tools is a plus.
