About the role#
Harvest Midstream Company offers field and office internships for students during the summer of 2027. You will gain exposure to midstream operations, including fluid processing, handling, and the movement of hydrocarbons from production facilities to sales. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Perform daily pipeline maintenance and facility construction activities.
- Participate in major plant turnarounds or large-scale projects.
- Conduct field pressure optimization studies to accommodate new volumes.
- Perform pipeline modeling, compressor optimization, and facility modifications.
- Present engineering projects and progress to management.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Enrollment at Colorado School of Mines, Texas A&M University, University of Texas at Austin, Louisiana State University, Auburn University, or Georgia Tech University.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher.
- Full availability for the summer term.

This role is on-site at various locations including Houston, Texas; Anchorage and Nikiski, Alaska; Belle Chasse, Louisiana; Bloomfield, New Mexico; George West, Texas; Palermo, North Dakota; and Ignacio, Colorado.
