About the role#
Our R&D engineers design, develop, and test Electronic Medical Equipment (EME) products for various divisions and product lines. You will work on projects that aim to solve unmet clinical needs for patients. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

- Design, develop, and test EME products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll need#
- Current rising junior working toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least three semesters of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- Ability to start on May 17th or May 24th, 2027, and commit to a 12-week duration.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Familiarity with injection molding and associated materials or polymers.
- A process-oriented mindset and the ability to finish tasks independently.
- Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn new technologies.

- Location: Arden Hills, MN.
- Work Modality: On-site (5 days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This role is deemed safety-sensitive and requires a prohibited substance test.
