About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the commercial functions within the Endoscopy division at Boston Scientific. You will work alongside sales and marketing teams to support our product portfolio. This role offers an opportunity to learn about the medical device industry while gaining practical experience in product marketing, sales training, and professional education.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to a meaningful cross-functional project under the guidance of a manager.
- Partner with mentors across different departments.
- Assist with market assessments for new products by using customer insights.
- Participate in hospital visits and sales training evaluations.
- Develop clinical selling skills and learn about our sales processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, public health, or communications.
- Expected graduation date in fall/winter 2027 or spring 2028.
- Ability to work for the full 12-week program from May 17th to August 6th, 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a team environment and identifying customer needs.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: 300 Boston Scientific Way, Marlborough, MA.
- Modality: Hybrid (on-site at least three to four days per week).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to the Marlborough office.
- Note: This position is deemed safety-sensitive and requires a prohibited substance test.
