About the role#
This 12-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within the health insurance industry. You will work on projects similar to those handled by full-time staff, helping us solve real business problems while building your professional network. The program runs from May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Research and prepare materials to identify business problems and suggest solutions.
- Support leadership on projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency.
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs.
- Build a working knowledge of our products, data, and internal structure.
- Participate in team meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational habits to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
