About the role#
This internship provides hands-on work experience within the health insurance industry. You will join the team for a 12-week program during the summer of 2027. You will work on projects alongside full-time employees, attend department meetings, and build professional connections with other interns and company leaders.
What you'll do#
- Research business problems and prepare materials to offer recommendations and support implementation.
- Support leaders on projects focused on organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and internal needs.
- Develop an understanding of company products, data, and organizational structure.
- Participate in networking events, team building, and diversity and inclusion activities.
- Engage in volunteer activities and community outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidential information.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
