About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in the health insurance industry by working on projects alongside full-time employees. The program includes networking events with company leaders, community outreach, and department meetings.
What you'll do#
- Assist in preparing research and information to identify business problems and suggest recommendations.
- Support leadership on projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency.
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and internal needs.
- Develop a working knowledge of company products, programs, data, and structure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidential information.
- Relevant majors include Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or Business Administration.

- Modality: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in the office.
