About the role#
Join our Finance team as a Summer Intern to gain hands-on experience in a global insurance environment. This 9-week program provides exposure to core technical knowledge and professional skills. You will work alongside leaders on projects that inform business decisions, maintain financial discipline, and support our enterprise operations. Interns participate in instructor-led masterclasses, networking events, and mentoring circles to build professional connections.
What you'll do#
- Provide reporting and analytics support while reviewing business performance.
- Drive planning and forecasting efforts and build operating budgets.
- Perform controllership activities to deliver consolidated financial reporting.
- Provide tax advisory, planning, compliance, and analytics.
- Improve financial management systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and update reports on capital, cash flows, funding, and liquidity.
- Review business metrics and perform competitive intelligence.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree to be received no later than June 2028 with a major in Finance or Accounting.
- Availability for the full program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in using data to support business decisions and enthusiasm for the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated academic achievement and involvement in leadership or professional activities.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Work Modality: On-site (at least four days per week).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $25.03 - $33.37 per hour.
