About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship within the Accounts Payable and Treasury team. You will work on real tasks while receiving guidance from our staff and leadership. This program is designed to help you build a foundation for your career through hands-on experience in the insurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Enter, review, and approve invoices.
- Create settlement runs to process payments.
- Monitor a shared email box and communicate with internal business areas to ensure proper coding.
- Monitor and code daily and monthly cash transactions in Workday.
- Assist with the monthly close process by completing bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices to support the successful completion of the monthly close.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- You can commit to working 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
