About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager plays a key role in driving revenue for our mission. You will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising products to meet goals within the Atlanta market. This position involves managing complex campaigns and working with independence to plan and execute fundraising strategies.
What you'll do#
- Manage high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to reach annual budget targets.
- Build and maintain a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners and closing agreements.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees to support our initiatives.
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate our mission and priorities.
- Use key performance indicators to track progress and adjust activities to stay on schedule.
- Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Ability to lead volunteer groups and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work modality: Hybrid.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
- Requirements: Travel within the designated area and occasional work on evenings or weekends is required. You may need to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
