About the role#
This internship with the 2-99 Commercial Sales Team provides hands on experience with sales operations and account management processes. You will support new sales, renewal business, and account support activities for small group and middle market clients. This role offers exposure to the internal systems and tools that support our customers.
What you'll do#
- Run scheduled and ad hoc reports to support the team.
- Curate content, review materials, and create job aids for team resources.
- Assist the Sales and Account Management team with technology used for quoting new business, managing renewals, and maintaining membership information.
- Manage multiple projects assigned by leadership.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and internal partners to support service requests and customer needs.
What you'll need#
- Current college student or recent college graduate.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and adapt messaging for team coordination.
- Skills to identify routine issues, gather information, and implement solutions.
- Ability to organize tasks, follow priorities, and manage your time to complete work on schedule.

- Location: Eagan, Minnesota.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (minimum of 2 days onsite per week).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
