About the role#
As a Sales & Operations Intern at CareScout, you will support our Field Team Network during a 10-to-12 week program. You will assist with outreach and administrative tasks that contribute to our national sales efforts. This role is a chance to apply your communication skills and sales mindset to help families navigate long-term care options.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate communications with Field Team Partners and provider network contacts.
- Organize and update CRM tools, outreach trackers, and provider onboarding documentation.
- Observe and document team workflows to identify ways to streamline processes.
- Participate in team meetings and take notes for follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research or outreach to support provider recruitment.
- Contribute to quality reviews of customer and provider interactions.
- Assist with ad hoc projects related to sales operations and network development.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage digital tools and multitask effectively.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
