About the role#
The IT Development Program Intern role is a 10-to-12 week program starting in Summer 2027. This internship provides students with professional experience in the financial services industry. Interns work alongside IT leaders to solve technical problems and may have the opportunity to interview for the full-time IT Development Program upon completion of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Work on assignments within core IT processes, including application development, client/server systems, programming languages, web development, system integration, data science, and project management.
- Build a network of peers and mentors.
- Attend on-site technical and professional development classes.
- Present project accomplishments to the IT team and senior leadership.
- Participate in company-sponsored community service events.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer/Management Information Systems, or Mathematics.
- Demonstrated academic excellence.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.
